How It All Started
I started with a career as a banker, but when the new bank owner refused to appoint or promote women to higher positions, I thought it was the right time to find my own path. A friend connected me to the owner of Computer Edge Inc. I worked at it for around five years before the owner decided to enter politics and sell the company to me. The business has actually been around since 1989.
Now, Computer Edge Inc offers hardware repair services, updates operating systems, provides Microsoft Office 365 support Minneapolis and trains people in using Quickbooks, among others. Bookkeeping Minneapolis and the use of Quickbooks have always been my bread and butter, but the IT side of the business, including a machine’s performance and virus removal Minneapolis, is also a key service.
Traditional Customer Service
Despite our almost 30 years of existence, we have maintained a personal approach in every case that we handle. We make sure to do this in order to relate to our customers’ needs. Once we determine what those needs are, we adjust to those needs much faster than large businesses do.
